A casual, all-day dining affair with views over postcard-perfect Fowey Harbour from the dining room and terrace. Food is light, seasonal and locally-sourced; drinks include eclectic wines, our own cocktails, local craft beers and locally-made gins.
The menu features many of our signature dishes, including locally sourced catch of the day, melt-in-the-mouth cod & crab, tempura prawns, simple but stunning fillet steaks and a selection of terrifyingly good desserts.
There’s an extensive drinks menu, featuring wines from around the world, sherries, our own exclusive cocktails (including a selection of espresso martinis and negronis) and last but not least local craft beers by the bottle and on draught.
In keeping with Cornish traditions, there’s also a selection of locally-made gins. Perfect for sipping on the terrace whilst drinking in the view.
Afternoon Tea at Harbour is an indulgent and tasty treat. Featuring pretty pastries, homemade scones and delectable cakes, alongside fabulous finger sandwiches and savoury snacks. It’s the perfect accompaniment of a flute of fizz or a dangerously good cocktail or two!
Served daily from 2.30pm until 5pm (must be booked at least 24 hours before arrival).

John Pollard joined the Harbour Hotels Group having worked in renowned kitchens such as J Sheekey, Scotts of Mayfair, and the Rivington Grill.
In 2009, John spearheaded the Pizza East opening in Shoreditch for the Soho House group, revolutionising the food scene in East London with simple food, high end ingredients and perfect execution.
In 2012 he took his brand of farm to fork menus to Soho House Berlin, helping to drive the food revolution in Germany. On returning to the UK, he developed Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger brands for Soho House Group, helping roll out the concept across London.
Now at Harbour, John and his team advocate locally grown produce, farm raised, wild-caught seafood and farm assured meats to expertly make traditional favourites and modern classics with a contemporary twist.
There’s no private dining room as such, but private group dinners can be accommodated in a section of the restaurant or in the Spinnakers Suite.
Our chefs have created a number of additional menu options exclusive to ‘private diners’. You may create your own bespoke set menu, opt for one of our fixed-priced, set menus, or choose our ever-popular ‘Bring me Food’ menu, with dishes delivered platter-style to the centre of the table for communal feasting. Diners may also select from the restaurant’s a la carte menu.
Make unwanted gifts a thing of the past. Treat someone special to an experience they’ll love and remember – like an exquisite gastronomic dinner or a sumptuous afternoon tea.
