Step one

Choose your date & party style

Available from November through to January, the first step to creating your bespoke Christmas party is to choose that all-important date and of course, how you’d like to party: a laid-back lunch (1pm to 4pm), festive afternoon tea (3pm to 5pm), a sit-down dinner followed by dancing (6pm to midnight) or a drinks reception (anytime).

Choose your space

Next, choose from one of our event spaces below to best match your style of party:

  • The Marine Room: our main event space with its own private bar can welcome up to 160 guests for a reception or 100 guests for a sit-down 
  • The Snug: for a more intimate party, welcome up to 40 guests for a reception or up to 25 guests for a sit-down
  • Marble or Harbour Hightop: semi-private, our two hightop tables in our lively Harbour Kitchen & Bar are ideal for a get-together of up to 12

Add the finishing touches

Bring your festive party playlist, hit play on ours or go all out with one of our recommended local DJs from £400 for an evening. Then there’s lighting the room and a funky photo booth to capture those all-important digital memories that can be added (for an extra charge). Our team can take care of it all.

Stay the night

Travelling from afar or prefer to dance late into the night knowing that you only have to walk a few steps before sinking into bed for a good night’s sleep? Stay with us the night and wake up refreshed, easing yourself into the day with a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast and time to recharge in our luxury spa facilities.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
  • The final balance along with all final details will be required four weeks prior to your event
