Terms & Conditions for the prize

• For 2 guests only, who must be 18 years or over
• Must be booked at least 7 days in advance, directly with the hotel
• Must be redeemed within 12 months and is not valid during the Christmas & New Year period or on public holiday weekends, and is subject to availability of rooms
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
• Travel to and from the hotel is not included 
• Includes a one night stay in an inland room and includes dinner and breakfast
• Dinner is either a set 3-course menu (if available) or up to £27.50 per person towards an a la carte
• Harbour Hotels reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time

Terms & Conditions for your experiences

• The timings of experiences may be swapped/altered at the hotel manager's discretion
• All experiences will always be subject to the availability of a qualified staff member and must be booked at least 7 days in advance
• Sometimes we may have to rearrange or in rare cases cancel your experience to ensure the quality of our service is maintained for all of our guests. However, in such cases, we will, of course, try our best to find an alternative time for you
• All hotel equipment for experiences will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis
• You will be asked to sign a checklist for any equipment you use
• All hotel equipment must be returned the same day in fairness to other guests
• Use of equipment is complimentary but if you damage or lose it, you may be charged a fee for repairs or a replacement at the hotel manager’s discretion
• Harbour Hotels accepts no liability for any injury caused during Harbour Hotels Experiences
