If you are planning more than one ceremony on the day, please be aware that a Civil Ceremony must take place before any other ceremony (including a religious blessing, regardless of whether the religious blessing has any legal standing). This requirement is a condition of our Approved Venue Licence for Marriage and Civil Partnerships.

You can use this website service to find local registry offices.
One month before your wedding, we will need our Details Sheet filled in and returned to us (copy included in your pack). This will contain all the details we need to know to ensure your day runs smoothly, such as your arrival times, suppliers details etc. You will be required to sign and approve your venue itinerary for your big day.
Access is from 8am on the day, subject to availability. If there is no wedding the day before yours, you are welcome to come over with your team of ‘helping hands’ to begin setting up – this would be by prior arrangement with venue manager as this is a private residence.
We have a SONOS system in the Manor House that links to four areas by wireless connection. You may also bring in an MP3 player to connect to this. If you require a PA system in the Grand Ballroom this is supplied by our inhouse system. As per your contract, you are required to comply with all sound regulations and are responsible for the actions of third parties working on your behalf (e.g. bands/DJs).
Froyle Park has a sound limiter and it is set at 92 decibels. It is a prerequisite that all third parties comply with venue regulations when using the system.
White Truffle Events provide a wide range of options to accommodate all tastes. Please contact us for more information.
You will need to bring your own table plan for display on the day and this needs to be on stiff board or card or in a frame to sit securely – A1 or A2 Landscape or Portrait size.
The tables are 5’6 and seat 10 people but other options are available at additional cost. The Great Hall fits up to 8 tables and the Grand Ballroom will fit up to 30 tables.
Yes, you can, they always look lovely in the evening. However, we recommend that they are in protective casing.
The gardens and grounds are well-lit and available in accordance with licensing laws.
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy indoors, smokers are to use the ash urns in the suppliers’ carpark by the East Wing and can smoke here ONLY.
Unfortunately, local planning conditions prohibit the use of fireworks, sky lanterns, smoke canisters and drones.
We allow bio-degradable confetti only as real petals stain the floors. Confetti which in non-bio degradable or within a confetti canon is not permitted.
There alot of scenic spots around the venue. We suggest your photographer comes to visit with you beforehand to plan shots.
We always recommend you take out insurance to avoid any losses or damages incurred. We also remind you to refer to our terms & conditions.
White Truffle Events is our preferred caterer at Froyle Park. You may use external caterers - a list of alternative caterers is provided in the 'Recommended Suppliers' section of the wesbite - but there would be an additionla charge. If external caterers are used, we recommend that they visit in advance because we have catering guidelines to which they will need to adhere to. Please make sure you inform us of this so the caterer can be contacted before the wedding day.
