Yes, we will be in touch with you shortly offering you a postponement date. This could be any date in the next 18 months, subject to availability.
We will contact our couples in booking order to make it fair.
- Will we be charged a postponement fee? There is no admin fee to move the date. If you move to a like for like day within 2021 there is no cost change, if you move to 2022 then you will have to pay the 2022 prices. Also, if you choose to move to an enhanced day eg. from a Wednesday to a Saturday then the difference in price will be payable.
All terms of the contract are withstanding and remain in place, the fulfilment date of the contract has just moved. Please note that once the agreement to move has been acknowledged the contact is withstanding and cannot be cancelled by either party.
As per the recent Government announcement, a refund of the fees paid to date can be now paid as the contract has become ‘frustrated’, this will be processed once we have spoken to you.
This 'frustration' of the contract, can be confirmed at 6 weeks prior to your date when we are certain that we as a venue are unable to host your wedding as planned. As per the CMA guidelines, a £150.00 admin fee and £250.00 if you had a food tasting with us, these fees will be deducted.
The government has indicated that all wedding restrictions will be lifted and so we will be able to go ahead with your date. If you wanted to move the date, there is a fee of £1000 to move the contracted dates and also the difference in the new date fees.
The government has indicated that all wedding restrictions will be lifted and so we will be able to go ahead with your date. If you wanted to cancel the contract yourselves, then the contractual terms and conditions are as per the contract.
Your contract is still ‘live’ and all payments will have to be made on the dates as per your contract in order to keep up with contractual agreements. If you are having difficulties making payments, then please contact us as soon as possible as not to draw your contract into arrears and potential termination of your contract. Please email us and we can call you to discuss your options.
