  • Kettlebell circuit | 12.15pm-1pm

Thursdays

  • Box circuit | 12.15pm-1pm

Fridays

  • Fat burn | 7.15am-8am
  • Body Blitz | 12.15pm-1pm

Saturdays

  • Flow yoga | 8.45am-9.45am
  • Vinyasa yoga | 10am-11am
