John Pollard, Chef Director, has developed The Fowey’s dining concept. John and his team are the masters at uniting fresh, locally grown produce with farm-raised, wild-caught seafood and farm assured meats to make the freshest and most delicious dishes.On the menu you’ll find tempura prawns, seared scallops, the Harbour Twice Baked Soufflé, Cornish sole and our signature Seafood Burger and don’t get us started on the seriously sensational desserts.
The Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner every day.
