Whether you’re a ballerina or a builder, a lawyer or a chef – we are confident that our yoga classes will change the way you look at health, fitness and meditation.|

If you are interested in improving your fitness and would like assistance with your gym regime, look no further than our personal fitness programmess.
Loukas combines his passion for exercise with physiological knowledge and is an expert in his field with over 5 years experience and an ever growing client base, including a number of celebrities and well known business figures.
Bookable throughout the week, Loukas will help design a bespoke fitness and nutrition programme and provide expert advice on how to make the most of your workout.
Loukas offers the following services:
Personal Training: £50 p/hr
Fitness assessments and Body Composition: £70 p/h
Injury rehabilitation and prevention
Core conditioning and postural correction
Sports specific coaching
Lee Kavanagh, founder of LKFITNESS, has worked in the fitness industry since 2004 and has participated in sport/fitness for many years. He is very passionate about many sports, in particular rugby and has trained hard in order to compete at a high standard. Now retired from playing, he puts his efforts and focus into endurance sports especially long distance triathlons (Ironman).
He has a BSC(hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science and with that can apply his knowledge to a wide range of clientele whether it’s weight loss, sport preparation with strength and conditioning, improving fitness levels or postural correction and rehab.
