We're hosting a charcuterie and wine evening with Sandridge Barton, a local charcuterie company, on Saturday 26th April.

Here's an opportunity to sit back and enjoy your time tasting some delicious British charcuterie, Cornish cheeses and English wines with experts in their field.

Your evening will start with a cleansing sharpener of something fizzy and a general introduction of your hosts for the evening.

It's then onto the meats and understanding how they get a cow and a pig to turn into an unctuous slice of Bresaola or an Italian inspired Coppa.

The Cornish Cheese Company will follow up with cheese; blue, soft, goat and more that have been chosen to pair with wines and meats on offer.

This repartee will then roll with a mixture of these three ingredients as the evening continues, with wine pairings of different styles. A guest wine will then be introduced to contrast and compare.
