Alex, our chef patron, has chosen three dishes that he will prepare 'in full view' to showcase the excellent wild and foraged food from our region.
Alex has long been passionate about foraging in the local area and knows all the best spots to head to. Think wild herbs and mushrooms, venison and berries - a true celebration of the autumn harvest.
With Chef Alex's tales of cooking with the Hairy Bikers, expect plenty of banter, a story or two, and most of all good food, good company and good wines.
