Booking & pre-arrival

Before booking and travelling to one of our locations, please check for Government tier travel restrictions and guidelines that may affect your plans. 

When you are ready, you can book your stay online at or by calling our Hotel Reservations team. We recommend that before arrival, you read through our ‘Safe Harbour’ procedures to ensure you understand all the actions we have in place to keep you safe during your stay and minimise the risk of Covid-19 spreading. 

We strongly recommend that you download the government approved track and tracing app to ensure we are all alerted to any guests who may pose a risk of spreading Covid-19.

If you have any concerns about your stay, our team will be happy to talk to you further about these.

  1. We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you call us to postpone your stay. These include; A high temperature and a new and persistent cough.
  2. If you or anyone in your household or support bubble are waiting for Covid-19 test results, you should not travel to any Harbour Hotel.
  3. If you have booked directly with us, prior to your arrival we will email or contact you with all the necessary information about your stay, our latest Covid-19 management processes and information about the local area. 
  4. If you have not booked directly with us you can find all the information relating to your forthcoming stay online.
