We are fortunate to have restaurants in breath-taking locations with an abundance of outside space, so we are able to operate at normal capacity whilst adhering to the recommended social distancing guidelines.  You can dine with us feeling assured that we have in place precautions to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and keep you and your fellow diners safe.

NB: We are able to offer dining for tables of up to eight people which must consist of only two households.


  1. If you are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid-19 we ask that you call us to postpone your booking.
  2. From the 8th August 2020 and in line with government guidance, it will be mandatory to wear a face coving when moving around our hotel public spaces. Your face covering can be removed when seated in our public spaces and dining. We kindly ask all guests to put their face covering back on when leaving the table.
  3. When you stay with us you can dine in your room or in the designated dining areas.
  4. We have extended our dining spaces to include our events rooms, terraces and gardens to ensure all diners are a minimum of 1 metre apart with additional risk minimising measures in place.
  5. If you are not staying with us you can still dine with us. All that we ask is that you book your table in advance and provide the necessary contact details to support the NHS track and trace programme.
  6. We recommend all diners download the NHS track and trace application once available.
  7. We will be offering an à la carte breakfast for you to enjoy during your stay. To manage physical distancing, we will agree a dining time with you.
  8. If you are staying with us we will confirm at check-in your dining times during your stay.
  9. To maintain the social distancing guidelines, we will not be offering drinks at the bar, instead we will offer a full table service throughout the hotels bars, restaurants and lounges. 
  10. We have created separate entry and exit points to our restaurants where possible, limiting contact and maintaining social distance between all guests and our Harbour Crew.
  11. We have equipped our bathroomswith sanitising sprays in the cubicles and sanitising handwash at the basins, as well as, contact-free hand dryers and/or disposable hand towels.
  12. Hand sanitising stations will be set up at the entry and exit points to use and should be used every time you enter or exit dining areas.
  13. All Harbour Crew, including those in our kitchens and dining areas, undergo further training and sanitisation prior to starting work and will be appropriately attired in line with PPE guidance.
  14. We will only be accepting credit and debit cards at this time.
