Show rounds can take place after 12th April '21. These are by appointment only and must be made in advance. Please contact the venue to book an appointment.
Unfortunately, as a hotel, we will be unable to open and so we will be in touch with you shortly to discuss options with you. This could be a postponement, a reduced number of people with a smaller wedding before 20th June 2021 or it now falls into a frustrated contract were a refund will be issued.
Yes, we will be in touch with you shortly offering you a postponement date. This could be any date in the next 18 months, subject to availability.
As per the recent Government announcement, a refund of the fees paid to date can be now paid as the contract has become ‘frustrated’, this will be processed once we have spoken to you.
This 'frustration' of the contract, can be confirmed at 6 weeks prior to your date when we are certain that we as a venue are unable to host your wedding as planned. As per the CMA guidelines, a £150.00 admin fee and £250.00 if you had a food tasting with us, these fees will be deducted.
The government has indicated that all wedding restrictions will be lifted and so we will be able to go ahead with your date. If you wanted to move the date, there is a fee of £1000 to move the contracted dates and also the difference in the new date fees.
The government has indicated that all wedding restrictions will be lifted and so we will be able to go ahead with your date. If you wanted to cancel the contract yourselves, then the contractual terms and conditions are as per the contract.
Your contract is still ‘live’ and all payments will have to be made on the dates as per your contract in order to keep up with contractual agreements. If you are having difficulties making payments, then please contact us as soon as possible as not to draw your contract into arrears and potential termination of your contract. Please email us and we can call you to discuss your options.
