We are pleased to say that we have already moved all weddings to alternatives dates with our compliments at no cost to our lovely couples.
At this stage, we expect our Venue to be open in July. However, given the understandable current uncertain nature of the advice from Government, every wedding for July has been allocated a back-up date already with our compliments and at no charge. Your wedding will move to your back-up date and become a firm reservation automatically in the event the Government confirms weddings are not permitted to take place on your date in July. There is no need to contact us – we will email you a letter to confirm this once announcements are made.
Our current expectation is that our venue will be open and you will be able to proceed with your wedding event. If the situation changes, then we have your back-up dates already in place.
At the venue, we will expect you and your suppliers to adhere to the Government guidelines, which will be outlined in our ‘Safe Harbour’ policy, please click here. We will issue you that policy and those guidelines for your special day, and you must operate within them. This will include detailed back-of-house guidance for suppliers. We will, of course, be on hand to help you and your chosen suppliers on your event, allowing you to adjust your planned activity and to adhere to the Government guidelines. Our approach is to be as flexible as possible to enable you to continue within the guidelines.
The good news is we have lots of space and we have many ideas on how to ensure your day can happen safely and will work with you to achieve this. For example: utilising more outdoor space; the doors and windows can be open; advising on additional bar and drink dispense areas or table service; outside ceremonies; intelligent seating plans keeping existing households together; floor spacing; different entertainment solutions and changes to the food serving arrangements.
We remain committed to you, and celebrating the start of your journey together.
