The Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa offers an enticing alternative to the traditional meetings and events venue. The hotel has two great event rooms, listed below, that can accommodate any almost meeting or event need up to 160 guests. For exceptional eating and drinking during your event, our passionate chefs have prepared a selection of appetising menus - we call it ‘brain food’ – anything from tea & cakes to set menus and platter-style, banquet feasts. And to take the stress out of organisation, and to ensure your meeting or event will run smoothly, we’ll provide you with the services of a dedicated event coordinator.
For before and after your event, we can offer attendees discounted room rates for those wishing to stay, free access to the luxury spa and gym, and a selection of great, locally-themed activities and experiences. Shopping at The Lanes is a 5-minute walk, The Pier and The Royal Pavilion a 10-minute walk each. The beach is just outside the door. The hotel is readily accessible from London Victoria (50 minutes by train then a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Brighton train station). Gatwick airport is 40 mins drive/30 mins by train. We offer complimentary parking for all meetings, subject to prior arrangement with our events team.

Here at Harbour Hotels, we understand that exceptional food & drink can enliven even the most arduous meeting or event; indeed, good ‘brain food’, as we call it, can boost your meeting’s productivity, and do wonders for your attendees’ event experience (and return rate).
Our passionate chefs have created a number of different menu options for you to select from. You may create your own bespoke set menu, or opt for one of our fixed-priced, set menus, or even choose our ever-popular ‘Bring me Food’ menu, with dishes delivered platter-style for communal feasting.
Our main event room, in simple white décor, comes with typical Regency features such as high ceilings and original stained-glass statement windows, its own private bar, and a panoramic backdrop of Brighton seafront. It may be divided into two smaller rooms. It’s ideal for conferences, receptions and large events.
This smaller, more intimate room, adjacent to the bar, has natural light, informal décor, and an atmospheric, real fireplace for colder days. It’s the ultimate in cosy elegance, ideal for meetings, workshops and private dinners.
