You'll find us in Ocean Village, a private marina on the waterfront in Southampton, Hampshire. Set any sat-navs to SO14 3TL.

Southampton Central railway station is a 10-minute drive and the city’s airport is a 20-minute drive away. Bournemouth Airport is also an option – a 60-minute drive away. Trains to/from London to Southampton Central run every half hour from London Waterloo, and take only 75 minutes on the fastest service.

Chargeable parking is available, with three hours free if you are visiting the HarSPA & Club, The Jetty Ocean Village or HarBAR on 6th. Parking is paid for at the end of your parking session using the app downloaded by scanning one of the QR codes in the car park, or at the cashless parking meter.

Unfortunately, parking spaces cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. You can enter/exit the car park multiple times but please be aware we cannot guarantee a space will always remain available.

Guests of the HarSPA & Club, The Jetty Ocean Village and HarBAR on 6th receive three hours free parking.

For residents and guests, parking is charged at:

Up to 2 hours - £3.30

Up to 3 hours - £3.40

Up to 4 hours - £4.60

Up to 6 hours - £6.80

Up to 12 hours - £11.40

Up to 14 hours - £13.70

14 hours to 24 hours - £16.70

Alternatively, the Ocean Car Park (Multistorey) is £15 per vehicle for overnight guests.

Check-in is anytime from 3pm. If you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking.

Check-out is at 11am. You can submit a request for a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew. 

Yes, we have ground level entrances and lifts throughout the hotel. We also offer accessible rooms with wetroom style bathrooms and grabrails. You can book these online, or by contacting our reservations team.

For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow pets to stay in the hotel, except for service dogs.

We don't have family rooms at the hotel, but we do have some connecting and adjoining rooms at the hotel. You are unable to book these rooms online, so please contact the reservations crew to enquire about availability. 

A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot. Please contact our reservation team to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.

Some of our suites also feature a sofa bed in the room. Again, please contact the reservation team to check the availability of rooms with this feature. 

Yes, all bedrooms have air conditioning.
