All Harbour Hotels are known for their stunning locations, and the Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa is no exception. Surely there is nowhere more romantic to tie the knot than this architecturally spectacular, grade II-listed building in the heart of the city.
Designed by renowned architect William Bruce Gingell, and inspired by Sansovino’s 16th Century Library of St Mark in the Piazzatta at Venice, the building dates back to circa 1850 when it was home to two former banks. Immaculately restored, with stunning contemporary interiors and period features throughout, the hotel has three impressive event rooms, listed below, suitable for any size or theme wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast or reception up 400 guests.

Inspired by Sansovino’s 16th Century Library of St Mark in the Piazzatta at Venice, this former banking hall of the Lloyds Bank building, with magnificent skylight and opulently detailed ceiling, is a spectacular setting for your wedding ceremony, breakfast or reception.
Set within the old banking vaults, and accessed by walking down a candle lit staircase, The Vault is a unique and atmospheric event space for your wedding ceremony, breakfast or reception. The far section may be divided to create an independent catering area.
An impressive yet intimate space, The Blue Room was the original Bank Manager’s office for the Lloyds Banking Hall in 1854, with distinct masonry work, high ceilings and stylish décor and design. It’s ideal for smaller, more intimate wedding breakfasts, dinners or receptions.
Here at Harbour Hotels, we understand the importance of treating your guests to exceptional food & drink in making any day a special one.
Our passionate chefs have created several different menus, using only the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients, that will delight your guests. To prove it, we’ll give you both a free tasting session first!
