SUP Yoga

Want a real test of your balance? Let’s take yoga up a notch, off dry land and onto a stand-up paddleboard. Don’t worry – no experience in yoga or paddleboarding is required – the main focus is on having fun and relaxing as the sun glints off the water surrounding you. Your cheeks will hurt from smiling, just as much as your abs will from the workout!

The details:

  • Lessons last one hour
  • Lessons cost £30 and include paddleboard hire, or £15 if you have your own paddleboard
  • Weather dependent
  • Wear a light top that dries quickly, leggings or shorts, or a wetsuit if you have one
  • Bring a towel, sun cream, drinking water and a warm change of clothes
  • Book ahead on their website
