The fine print:

• Our Shimmering Shore spa package is available Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability.
• Pre-payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to your spa day and amendments up to seven days prior. Spa day bookings cannot be cancelled or amended with less than seven days’ notice and will incur a full charge.
• Meal allocation is for food only and does not include drinks.
• May not be used with any other offer or promotion.
• Facility use included from 4pm to 7.30pm, please note that children's swim times are from 4.30pm to 6pm.
