All you need is a good dose of 'Vitamin Sea'. Enjoy a 45 minute spa treatment and full use of the spa facilities from 10am to 2pm. Round off the perfect afternoon with a light lunch in the restaurant with views over South Sands (includes £30 food allocation per person).

The fine print:

• Our Vitamin Sea package is valid Monday to Thursday only and subject to availability
• Pre-payment is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to your spa day and amendments up to seven days prior. Spa day bookings cannot be cancelled or amended with less than seven days’ notice and will incur a full charge
• Meal allocation is for food only and does not include drinks
• Our spa days must be booked at least three days prior to arrival and we strongly advise that you book in your treatments in advance of arrival. All treatment times include a five-minute consultation
