From roast squash and goat's cheese tartlets and mature cheddar with apple chutney sandwiches to pear and gingerbread cake, each bite celebrates the best of the season, ending with our iconic Fallen Caramel Apple, ready to be cracked open to reveal a centre of spiced apple, caramel mousse and hazelnut crunch.
