Top three walks from Grasmere

Grasmere brims with a variety of walks fit to embrace the beauty and magnitude of the Lakelands. Rambles range from those suitable for the entire family, including the five mile walk to Silver How, to the popular, yet more tricky summit of Helm Crag, known as Lion and Lamb. Silver How

Length: 5 miles

Highlights: Soaring views across Grasmere, Helvellyn range, Helm Crag, Bowfell, Fairfield and the Langdale Pikes.

Highlights: The iconic Lion & The Lamb rock formations
