Internet access

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Network name is "Celtic Guest WiFi"

 

Emergencies

To call an emergency service from your room phone dial 9, then 999.

 

Lost & found

Please call Reception on 100 if you have lost any of your belongings. Should you forget any of your belongings when you leave us we will log them and hold them for safekeeping.

 

Departures

Guests are kindly asked to check out of their rooms and finalise
their accounts by 11am on the day of departure.

 

Locking up

The hotel entrance is secured from 11pm to 6am. Guests
returning in the evening are encouraged to ring the bell located on
the left side of the door, and the night porter will assist by opening
the door for you.

 

Laundry & dry cleaning

An external laundry service is offered. Laundry items will be
returned the next evening. For details on procedures and pricing,
please reach out to the reception desk.

 

Toiletries

Complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. You
can find them in the wall-mounted dispensers located in the
shower and at the wash basin. If you need these supplies
replenished during your stay, please notify reception by dialing
100 from your room phone.
