A workout for when you only have half an hour

We know it can be tricky to squeeze in a workout on days where you have a lot planned, so we spoke to Beccie Dunn, Owner and Head Coach at Dynamic Aerial and Pole Fitness, who put together a full body workout for when you only have half an hour. All you need is a bit of floor space and a kettlebell which you can find at all of our hotel gyms!
