Within the Spa, there is; a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, relaxation areas and a fully equipped gym.
The Spa is open from 7am and closes at 8pm daily.
Spa access and gym sessions must be pre-booked with our spa reception team. Please contact us to do this.
If you would like to use the spa before checking in or after checking out, you will need to purchase a spa day pass (£15 per person, subject to availability).
Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Non-residents must pay £25 to use the facilities, or £15 if a treatment has been purchased; this includes use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.

Absolutely! Non-residents are welcome to book a treatment with or without the use of the spa facilities. To do this, please contact our spa team.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment); late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.
It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.
Children (under 16yrs) are not permitted to use the spa or gym at any time.
The HarSPA offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-residents unlimited access to the spa and gym, as well as exclusive benefits such as discounts on treatments, social events, and complimentary classes.
We've got a whole range of gift vouchers available online. What's even better is that our vouchers are valid to use at all HarSPA locations.
