Our spa has a 12-metre heated indoor pool, a spa pool, a sauna, a steam room, a state-of-the-art gym, an indoor relaxation room, an outdoor terrace overlooking the valley and a juice bar.

The spa is open daily from 7am to 8pm. Spa treatments are available daily from 9am to 6pm.

Yes we do. You can browse all our spa days and retreats on our website. To book, please enquire online, call or email the spa. 

Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities while checked into the Beach Club, free of charge, without booking a time. Group activities are also complimentary during your stay, please sign up for these at the spa or hotel reception.

Use of the spa and group activities are complimentary for residents of the hotel while they are checked into the Beach Club.

Yes you can, by purchasing a spa day pass or booking a spa day. Spa day passes allow the use of the facilities only and are available to purchase from the spa reception for £40 per person. Spa day passes are subject to on-the-day availability and may not be available during busy periods.

You may only use the spa facilities before or after a treatment appointment if you have purchased a spa day pass, are a resident of the hotel or are on a spa day. Spa day passes can be purchased for £35 per person from the spa reception. These are not included when booking a spa treatment and are subject to on-the-day availability. 

Spa retreat guests are welcome to use the spa during its opening times from 3pm on the day of check-in, until 10am on the day of check-out.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled with the full cost being charged.

Children (up to 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool within the spa while accompanied by an adult at the following times:

• 8.30am to 10am
• 4.30pm to 6pm

Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydropool or gym at any time. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty at our pool and children under three years old are not permitted to use the spa at any time.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

Please speak to our Spa Crew ahead of making your booking so we can ensure our treatments can be adapted if necessary. It’s essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice.

Please wear safe and suitable footwear in our gym. We do have flip flops available to wear in the wet areas of our spa.
