Honey Apple
Autumn in a drink. Mixing Woodford Reserve Bourbon, lemon juice, apple sauce, maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon serves up this warming tipple. Perfect for when you've strolled along Brighton's seafront and need a little pick-me-up.

Lychee Bliss
As the sun is going down over the marina, the sounds of our resident DJ take over and bring the good times. Are you the designated driver? This mocktail should be the top of your list. The sweet and floral flavours will give you that partying on the rooftop feeling, without the alcohol.

Richmond Sunset
A fruity way to end your day. Apple, grapefruit and lemon come together with gin, aperol and Cointreau for one of our favourite drinks. Take a seat in our hangout spot in the capital. Our low-lit lounge brings the date night vibes or a go-to place to catch up with friends.

Bramble
Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and Crème De Mure make this a go-to drink for many cocktail lovers. With this staple drink in hand and beats all weekend long from our resident DJ, The Long Bar is the place to be.

Antigen
Created by The Jetty's Bar Manager, Kem, the Antigen is the most popular off menu cocktail - if you know, you know. Mix vanilla vodka, elderflower cordial, lemon juice, honey and chilli to make this spicy treat to warm you up any time of year.
