Full body kettlebell workout

Some days we want to keep it simple in the gym, and grabbing a kettlebell for a full body workout is the way to do it! We spoke to Beccie Dunn, Owner & Head Coach at Dynamic Aerial & Pole Fitness, who showed us the best exercises you can perform with a kettlebell that targets your whole body. She demonstrates what form to follow, along with how many repetitions of each exercise to perform.
