Introducing its signature style and design-led ethos, alongside award-winning facilities, the hotel has officially been rebranded as a Harbour Hotel; welcoming stylish new décor and relaxed all-day dining to the landmark property.
The hotel’s stunning interiors have been inspired by Fowey’s rich history of exotic world travel. Vibrant and colourful patterned wallpaper adorns the walls, with an abundance of space and sweeping views across the estuary, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
The Fowey, the new kitchen, bar and terrace, combines a colonial and glamourous beachside feel with a contemporary twist. Looking out over the estuary, the restaurant and bar flow seamlessly out onto the elevated terrace, perfect for a spot of alfresco dining whilst watching the sun set.
John Pollard, Chef Director, has developed The Fowey’s dining concept. John and his team are the masters at uniting fresh, locally grown produce with farm-raised, wild-caught seafood and farm assured meats to make the freshest and most delicious dishes.
The bar is a great space for locals and guests to come together, relax, work and play, serving coffees and cocktails all day, every day. Guests can perch at the impressive bar, with its marble counter top, or take a sea view window seat and enjoy a glass of fizz.
The first of two new Cornwall openings this year, the new Padstow Harbour Hotel is set to follow in Spring 2019.
