Does the hotel have air conditioning?

<p>A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot. Please contact our reservation crew to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.</p>

Can I have an extra bed or cot in my room?

<p>We don't have family rooms at the hotel, but we do have some connecting rooms. You aren't able to book these rooms online, so please contact the reservations crew to enquire about availability.&nbsp;</p>

Do you have family rooms?

<p>We have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations crew to check availability for this. Dogs are welcome on our terrace and in our Boat Room while on their lead and not allowed in the main restaurant, bar or lounge. There is a charge of £20 per night, per dog. The charge and restrictions do not apply to service dogs.</p>
<p>No other pets are permitted.</p>

Is the hotel pet friendly?

<p>Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk-in showers which are accessible by lift. If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations crew, who can recommend the best room for your stay.</p>

Is the hotel accessible?

<p>Check-in is anytime from 3pm. If you plan to arrive later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking. Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.</p>

What time is check-in/check-out

<p>For residents who book direct with us, car parking is complimentary, subject to availability. There is a £10 per day parking charge for residents who have not booked directly with us.&nbsp;</p>
<p>We have limited on-site parking, which means spaces are first-come, first served.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you are a blue-badge holder, please get in touch with our reception crew who can assist you with parking.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>As spaces are limited, we cannot offer car parking to non-residents.</p>

Do you have parking?

<p>The nearest train station is Bodmin Parkway, about a 40-minute drive, with direct trains to London Paddington. Padstow is just a 20-minute drive from Newquay Airport or a 90-minutes from Exeter Airport.</p>

How do I get to you?

<p>We'll always try our hardest to accommodate all guests' dietary requirements. Please let us know of any allergies at the time of booking, and we will check again when you arrive. Even if you have chosen the item previously, please make sure that you check the allergen information each time you visit and always inform your waiter of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering.</p>

<p>Yes, certainly. We don't take reservations for our bar or terrace, so walk in and take a comfy pew, or head out onto the terrace for a drink with an incredible view of the water.</p>

Do you have a dress code?

<p>Unfortunately as our on-site car parking is limited, we are unable to offer parking to guests of The Jetty. There is public parking nearby.</p>

<p>You'll find us on Station Road in Padstow, PL28 8DB. We are approximately five miles northwest of Wadebridge, 10 miles northwest of Bodmin and 10 miles northeast of Newquay.&nbsp;</p>
