Harbour Hotel Richmond

<p>The hotel is located on the edge of Richmond Park, with easy access into central London from Richmond train station, a 5-minute drive away (15-minute walk). &nbsp;Richmond is readily accessible from the M3 and M4 motorways. Heathrow airport is just a 30-minute drive, Gatwick Airport a one-hour drive.&nbsp;</p>

How do I get to you?

<p>Managed by&nbsp;<a rel="noopener" href="https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/yourparkingspace-parking-app/id1107618222" target="_blank">YourParkingSpace</a>, parking can only be paid for at the end of your session using the app or cashless meter. You can enter/exit the car park multiple times but we cannot guarantee a space will be available.</p>
<p>If there are no spaces on arrival, please speak to reception who can direct you to nearby public parking.</p>

Do you have parking?

<p>Check-in is anytime from 3pm, if you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking. Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.</p>

What time is check-in/check-out?

<p>Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk in showers which are accessible by lift.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations crew, who can recommend the best room for your stay.</p>

<p>We'll always try our hardest to accommodate all guests' dietary requirements. Please let us know of any allergies at the time of booking, and we will check again when you arrive. Even if you have chosen the item previously, please make sure that you check the allergen information each time you visit and always inform your waiter of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering.</p>

Do you have a dress code?

<p>Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for non-residents as our car park is quite small, but there is public parking on the road and car parks nearby.</p>

<p>Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over. Children (from 3 to 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool within the spa only while accompanied by an adult who is a member of the HarSPA &amp; Club.</p>

<p>Four hour passes are sold by our spa reception for customers who aren't staying at the hotel, on a spa day or have a treatment booked with us. These are £50 per adult Monday to Thursday and £55 Friday to Sunday.&nbsp;</p>

Do you sell spa day passes?

<p>Parking is available for all spa guests. You will find the HarSPA entrance through Richmond Hill Hotel Car Park (next door to us). Turn right into the parking area until you see the sign "Additional Parking". Please note parking is only free for four hours and is limited. You must validate your parking by entering your registration plate at the HarSPA reception desk. This parking area is camera monitored by Britannia. We hold no responsibility if you fail to validate your parking.</p>

I'm staying at the hotel. Can I use the spa?

<p>Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Enjoy two hours of complimentary spa access when you book a 50-minute or longer spa treatment, from Monday to Friday.</p>
<p>On weekends, you can have three hours spa access for £40 when you book a 60-minute treatment or £30 when you book a 90-minute treatment.</p>
<div>This includes access to the facilities and the use of lockers, towels, robe &amp; slippers.&nbsp;</div>
