FAQs

Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities while checked into the hotel, free of charge, but we do ask that you contact the spa team to book a time in advance.

We don't have a car park. There is nearby public car parking.

Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Non-residents must pay £15 to use the facilities for one hour. This includes the use of lockers, towels, a robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.

Children (under 16 years) are not permitted to use the spa or gym at any time. Our spa treatment menu is not available for under 18s.
