Coastal Sea Safari

Padstow Sealife Safaris offer these highly recommended 2-hour boat trips around the north Cornwall coast in a professionally skippered RIB.

You’ll learn about the local history, and may see seals, dolphins, porpoises, and even sunfish or the elusive basking shark during the summer months.

The Cornish coastline also hosts a myriad of seabirds including shags, cormorants, gannets, oystercatchers, shearwaters, fulmars and more. From the months of April to July, the cliffs are teeming with nesting guillemots and razorbills and you will visit “Puffin island” – one of the last places puffins can be found nesting in Cornwall – with the hope of spotting these beautiful birds.

Bring a warm jacket and sunglasses (see their website for instructions). We can lend you binoculars for wildlife spotting.
