We're always looking for ways to be more sustainable, so to save energy our rooms are "turned off" unless we have guests staying in them. Please insert your room key into the holder next to the door, this will "turn on" your room and allow you to use the lights, TV, phone and water.
Please contact Reception on 0 if you have lost any of your belongings. Should you forget any of your belongings when you leave us we will log them and hold them for safekeeping.
Departure time is 11am, should you wish to stay past 11am we ask that you contact a member of the Reception team by dialling 0. They will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be a small charge. You can leave your luggage with us at reception once you have checked out of your room and come and collect it later.
Please use the laundry and dry cleaning list and bags in the wardrobe. You may leave your laundry on your way out with the team or simply call the Reception or Concierge for collection by 8.30am. Laundry and dry cleaning will be returned in the evening on the same day (excluding Sunday). Costs will be charged to your room account.
