We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash payments. Bank transfers are also accepted, if payment is received two weeks prior to your stay.
Yes, we have ground level entrances and lifts throughout the hotel. We also offer rooms with walk in showers which are close to the lift for easy access.

Yes, we have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations team to check availability for this. You're welcome to take your dog in the bar or on the terrace, but we ask that you keep them on a lead. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, lounge areas or other public areas, with the exception of service dogs. There is a charge of £15 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs).
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel, including bedrooms. There are designated smoking areas outside which can be advised by our reception team.
