Within the spa, there is; a heated swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna, relaxation areas and a fully equipped gym.
Residents are welcome to use the spa facilities whilst checked into the hotel, free of charge.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment); late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.

It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.
Children (under 16yrs) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas within the spa from 8.30am-10am and 4.30pm-6pm daily. Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, or gym at any time.
The HarSPA offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-residents unlimited access to the spa and gym, as well as exclusive benefits such as discounts on treatments, social events, and complimentary classes.
We've got a whole range of gift vouchers available online. What's even better is that our vouchers are valid to use at all HarSPA locations.
