A luxury 79-room boutique hotel with vibrant, quirky interiors, and a luxury spa. The hotel is located within a restored Regency period building, right on Brighton’s iconic and lively seafront.
Safe Harbour tour
All Harbour Hotels are known for their stunning locations, and the Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is no exception.
With an unrivalled position on the lively seafront and just moments from the famous ‘Lanes’ and all of Brighton’s top attractions, the Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa is perfectly located to explore and discover this uniquely quirky and iconic British seaside destination.
Set in a recently restored 19th Century period Regency building, the hotel showcases original features and contemporary, colourful and vibrant interiors throughout. The 79 rooms and suites, from cosy singles to Seaview Suites, are all bright and colourful in design, and come with all the standard Harbour Hotel little luxuries: coffee machines, 400 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, Flat screen TVs, and White Company toiletries. Just over half the rooms have views over the beach and out to sea.
For those seeking yet more relaxation, renewal and revival, the unique subterranean spa and gym, cleverly built within old smugglers’ tunnels beneath the seafront, features vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. There are 6 treatment rooms, a heated indoor pool, a sauna, steam room, Scandinavian hot tubs, a hydrotherapy pool, and a compact gym.
For drinking & dining, the in-house Harbour Kitchen & Bar is a lively spot, popular with local and hotels guests alike. The menu is seaside-inspired; posh fish and chip (monkfish with Prosecco batter), burgers and seafood burgers, small plates, and sensational ice cream parlour desserts.
For those wanting to get out and explore, shopping at ‘The Lanes’ is a 5-minute walk, The Pier and The Royal Pavilion a 10-minute walk each. The many outdoor adventures of the South Downs are a 20-minute drive. See our staff’s recommendations of the best activities, attractions & events in Brighton and the wider Sussex area here. On request, the hotel can prepare you a sumptuous picnic to take with you, or arrange bike hire.
The hotel is readily accessible from London Victoria (50 minutes by train then a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Brighton train station). Gatwick airport is 40 mins drive or 30 mins by train.
