We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash payments. Bank transfers are also accepted, if payment is received two weeks prior to your stay.
We do not have any specific accessible rooms within the hotel, however, we do have a lift that goes to all floor (excluding the spa) and rooms with large walk-in showers.
If you require an accessible room, please speak to a member of the reservations or reception team, who will be able to recommend the best room for your stay.
Yes, we have specific rooms that dogs can stay in, please contact the reservations team to check availability for this. There is a charge of £15 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs).
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome in our bar, restaurant & snug areas.
No other pets are permitted.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel, including bedrooms. There are designated smoking areas outside which can be advised by our reception team.
Some of our bedrooms have air conditioning. We cannot guarantee a room with air conditioning, but if you make this request, we will do our best to accommodate.
