Access to our HarSPA is complimentary for guests who have booked direct with us via our website or our reservations crew. If you have not booked direct, for example, via an online booking engine or comparison site, there is a £10 charge to use our HarSPA.

Within the spa, there is; a heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, 'togetherness pools' (Scandinavian hot tubs), relaxation areas and a fully equipped gym. 

The spa is open from 7am-8pm, 7 days a week (subject to change on bank holidays).

If you are a hotel guest and have booked directly with us, you are welcome to use our spa facilities whilst checked into the hotel, free of charge, without booking a time. For those that have not booked direct, please note there is a charge of £10 per person per day. 

Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Spa access for non-residents with or without a treatment costs £40 per person Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays and £45 Friday to Sunday only when you have a 60-minute (or longer) treatment booked. This includes access to the facilities and the use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment); late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.

It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.

Absolutely! Non-residents are welcome to book a treatment with or without use of the spa facilities. To do this, please contact our spa team.

Children (under 16yrs) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas within the spa from 8am to 9.30am and 5pm to 6.30pm daily. Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, 'togetherness pools' (Scandinavian hot tubs) or gym at any time.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

The HarSPA offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-residents unlimited access to the spa and gym, as well as exclusive benefits such as discounts on treatments, social events, and complimentary classes.
