Within the spa, there is; a heated steam room, hydrotherapy pool, relaxation area and a fully equipped gym.

• The wet spa is open from 8am and closes at 7pm daily.
• Our gym is open from 7am and closes at 8pm daily.
• Treatments are available from 9am until 6pm daily (or later on request & subject to availability).

Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities whilst checked into the hotel, free of charge, but we do ask that you contact the spa team to book a time in advance.

If you would like to use the spa before checking in or after checking out, you will need to purchase a spa day pass (£15 per person, per hour, subject to availability).

Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Non-residents must pay £15 to use the facilities for one hour; this includes the use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment); late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.

It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.

Children (under 16yrs) are not permitted to use the spa or gym at any time.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

The HarSPA offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-residents unlimited access to the spa and gym, as well as exclusive benefits such as discounts on treatments and social events.
