A stylish seafood bar & grill serving simple, fresh seafood alongside thick-cut, dry-aged steaks and indulgent desserts. Following the award-winning 'Jetty' concept, dishes showcase regional flavours, using local produce and seasonal ingredients.
Part of the award-winning ‘Jetty’ concept, this lively and stylish seafood bar & grill serves simple, fresh seafood alongside thick-cut, dry-aged steaks and indulgent desserts – all expertly cooked under the culinary supervision of renowned Chef Director John Pollard.
Like all other ‘The Jetty’ restaurants, the philosophy is to showcase regional flavours, using local produce and seasonal ingredients where possible.
Signature dishes (highly recommended) include a Harbour Fish Pie, a home-made seafood burger, our infamous twice-baked cheese soufflé, and a cod fillet topped with crab crumb.
The restaurant also serves a traditional full afternoon tea, featuring freshly baked cakes, scones with homemade jam and clotted cream, and freshly prepared sandwiches. Served with a selection of teas or coffees – or even a glass of fizz.
"The stand arrived with a selection of yummy sandwiches, scones, jam and clotted cream, a tiny lemon tart, red velvet cake and a creamy dessert. The decor and atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend The Jetty"
"Staff were amazing from the outset, presentation wonderful and the setting itself, stunning. Without a doubt we would highly recommend and will return soon."
"There is a really nice bar with great cocktails before dinner. The restaurant itself is very nice. The menu had a good choice for all tastes. We had chateaubriand which was excellent."
John Pollard joined the Harbour Hotels Group having worked in renowned kitchens such as J Sheekey, Scotts of Mayfair, and the Rivington Grill.

In 2012 he took his brand of farm to fork menus to Soho House Berlin, helping to drive the food revolution in Germany. On returning to the UK he then developed Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger brands for Soho House Group helping to roll out the concept throughout London.
Now at Harbour, John and his team advocate locally grown produce, farm raised, wild-caught seafood and farm assured meats to expertly make traditional favourites and modern classics with a contemporary twist.
Although the hotel has no private dining room as such, groups of up to 15 may be hosted on a large table in the restaurant itself. For larger bookings, private dinners of up to 24 guests or 100 guests may be hosted in our Priory Suite and Guildhall Suite respectively.
Our expert chefs have created a number of additional menu options exclusive to private diners. You may create your own bespoke set menu, opt for one of our fixed-priced, set menus, or choose our ever-popular ‘Bring me Food’ menu, with dishes delivered platter-style to the centre of the table for communal feasting. Private diners in the restaurant may also select from the restaurant’s a la carte menu.
