FAQs
Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities while checked into the hotel, free of charge, without booking a time.
Unfortunately, with a small car park, we cannot accommodate parking for non-residents but there is public car parking nearby.
Use of the spa facilities for non-residents is subject to availability on the day. Non-residents must pay £40 to use the facilities, or £20 if a treatment has been purchased. This includes the use of lockers, towels, a robe and slippers. Exclusion times may apply.
Spa membership passes are available to purchase as a block of 10 for £180.
Our spa treatment menu is only available to over 18s. Children staying at the hotel (under 16 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas within the spa (times below). Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, salt room or gym at any time.
- Daily from 8am to 9am and 4pm to 5pm (extended to 5.30pm during school holidays)
Children who are not hotel guests are not permitted to use the facilities.
