You'll find us on Alexandra Terrace, just off the High Street in Guildford, Surrey. 

It’s a 25-minute drive to Heathrow Airport, a 50-minute drive to Gatwick Airport and a 60-minute drive to Southampton Airport. Guildford train station is a 15-minute walk away or just five minutes by taxi.

We do have limited onsite car parking. Parking is charged at £18 per 24 hours. Please note we are not able to pre-book any spaces, but alternative nearby car parks are available in the event the hotel's car parking is full. To use the hotel's car park, please collect a key card for the barriers and register your car at reception. The pick-up and drop-off point is at the front of the hotel. Yes, we have ground-level entrances and lifts throughout the hotel. We also offer accessible rooms with wetroom-style bathrooms and grab rails. 

For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow any pets to stay in the hotel with the exception of service dogs.

We don't have family rooms at the hotel. We do however have some connecting rooms at the hotel - you are unable to book these rooms online, so please contact the reservations crew to enquire about availability. 

A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed and the majority can fit a cot. To make sure this would be available for your stay please contact our reservations crew. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.

All of our rooms have air conditioning and heating, connected to a central cooling and heating system, with individual temperature control in your room.
