Harbour Hotel St Ives

<p>You'll find us on The Terrace, St Ives - TR26 2BN. We are a two-minute walk from St Ives station or a 10-minute drive to Penzance station, where trains run direct to London Paddington. We are a one-hour drive from Newquay airport.&nbsp;</p>

How do I get to you?

<p>We have a limited number of spaces available for residents only, available on a first-come, first-served basis for £10 per night. Alternatively, there are public car parks a few minutes' walk away.</p>

Do you have parking?

<p>Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk-in showers which are accessible by lift.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations crew, who can recommend the best room for your stay.</p>

Is the hotel accessible?

<p>We have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations crew to check availability for this. Dogs are welcome on lead on the terrace and in the bar. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or other public areas, except for service dogs. There is a charge of £20 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs).</p>
<p>No other pets are permitted.</p>

Is the hotel pet friendly?

<p>Check-in is anytime from 3pm. If you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception crew to reconfirm your booking. Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.</p>

What time is check-in/check-out?

<p>Yes, our family rooms have a double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds or bunk beds in a connected bedroom. You can book these rooms online, or by calling our reservations crew.</p>

Do you have family rooms?

<p>A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot, and some are already provided with a sofa bed. Please contact our reservation crew to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old.</p>

Can I have an extra bed or cot in my room?

Do you have a dress code?

<p>We'll announce the opening of the Pizza Shack for the spring/summer season on our social media - so watch out there! We are open on fine weather days only. Walk-ins are welcome, no booking necessary.</p>

When is the Pizza Shack, Bar & Terrace open?

<p>We'll always try our hardest to accommodate all guests' dietary requirements. Please let us know of any allergies at the time of booking, and we will check again when you arrive. Even if you have chosen the item previously, please make sure that you check the allergen information each time you visit and always inform your waiter of your allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements when ordering.</p>

Can you accommodate certain dietary requirements?

<p>Yes, certainly. We don't take reservations for our bar or terrace, so walk in and take a comfy pew, or head out onto the terrace for a drink with an incredible view of the beach.</p>

Can I come just for drinks?

<p>Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities while checked into the hotel, free of charge.&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you would like to use the spa before checking in or after checking out, you will need to purchase a spa day pass.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Enjoy four hours' spa access for £40 Monday to Thursday, and £45 Friday to Sunday, subject to availability. This includes the use of lockers, towels, robe &amp; slippers. Exclusion times may apply.</p>

Do you sell spa passes?

<p>Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over. Children (under 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas from 9am to 10am and 3pm to 4pm daily with an adult. Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, or gym at any time.</p>
