Our a la carte for spring has landed

Our new à la carte menu is now live, celebrating the very best of spring’s bounty. Expect vibrant local asparagus and tender Dorset lamb to take centre stage.

From the coast, freshly landed lobsters and crabs from Mudeford Quay inspire a selection of standout dishes. Highlights include a chicken bacon & waffle starter or pan roasted halibut served with asparagus and a classic hollandaise sauce. To celebrate spring, we're also serving a rump of lamb roasted pink with rosemary and garlic.
