Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from Santa's cheeky elves before little ones get creative decorating their very own Christmas plate for Santa. It's the perfect place to leave Santa's Christmas treat and Rudolph's snack on Christmas Eve.
While your masterpiece dries, it's time to meet Santa himself. Share your Christmas wishes, find out if you've made the nice list, take plenty of photos together and receive a special gift and personalised certificate to take home.
The magic continues with an interactive festive afternoon tea, where children can build their very own snowman while enjoying delicious festive treats.
This special event is being held in aid of The Isabel Baker Foundation, with £5 from every child ticket donated directly to the charity.
Adults can join the festive fun too for £9.50, which includes a warming mulled wine and traditional mince pie.
