New menus at The Jetty

Under the direction of newly appointed Executive Head Chef Matthew Tomkinson, our spring menu at The Jetty Ocean Village celebrates seasonal British food with a lighter, more relaxed feel.

A Michelin-starred chef and Roux Scholarship winner, Tomkinson brings a natural affinity for coastal flavours, placing the very best of British seafood and produce at the heart of each dish.

This new menu celebrates the freshness of the season, from delicate stone bass with smoked bacon and red wine sauce to grilled black bream lifted with jalapeño and lime. Alongside standout seafood, guests can enjoy thoughtfully crafted dishes such as organic ricotta gnudi with wild garlic, honey-roasted Creedy Carver duck, and a vibrant aubergine steak. It’s a menu that balances elegance with bold, confident flavours.
