The hotel is located on the edge of Richmond Park, with easy access into central London from Richmond train station, a 5-minute drive away (15-minute walk). Richmond is readily accessible from the M3 and M4 motorways. Heathrow airport is just a 30-minute drive, Gatwick Airport a one-hour drive.
Managed by YourParkingSpace, parking can only be paid for at the end of your session using the app or cashless meter. You can enter/exit the car park multiple times but we cannot guarantee a space will be available.
If there are no spaces on arrival, please speak to reception who can direct you to nearby public parking.
Parking costs:
- 1 hour - £5.50
- 2 hours - £7.50
- 3 hours - £10.50
- 4 hours – 24 hours - £16.50
Check-in is anytime from 3pm, if you'll be arriving later than 10pm, please call our reception team to reconfirm your booking. Check-out is at 11am. You can request a late check-out or early check-in when booking online, or with our reception crew.
Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk in showers which are accessible by lift.
If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations crew, who can recommend the best room for your stay.
We don't have family rooms at the hotel, but we do have some connecting rooms at the hotel - you are unable to book these rooms online, so please contact the reservations crew to enquire about availability.
A few of our rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot. Please contact our reservation crew to enquire about availability for this. Extra beds are only suitable for children up to 12 years old. Some of our room categories already include a sofa bed.
