Within the spa there is a 20m heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, state-of-the-art gym, and a spa garden complete with two Scandinavian hot tubs and a hydrotherapy plunge pool.

Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities whilst checked into the hotel, free of charge, without booking a time.
Classes at the HarSPA & Club cost £8 per person for hotel guests (unless specified as being included in your spa break.) These can be booked three days in advance.

Three-hour passes are sold by our spa reception for customers who aren't staying at the hotel, on a spa day or have a treatment booked with us. These are £40 per adult and £15 per child (3 to 18 years).
To use the spa facilities before or after your treatment (and you are not a hotel guest or on a spa day) you will need to purchase a discounted spa pass for £40 per person, available from the spa reception.
Spa break guests are welcome to use the HarSPA & Club from 3pm on the day of check-in until 10am on the day of check-out.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment). Late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.
Children (from 3 to 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool within the spa only whilst accompanied by an adult.
Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy plunge pool, Scandinavian hot tubs or gym at any time. Note, children under three years old are not permitted to use the spa.
If you're not staying at the hotel, you will need to purchase a spa pass from our spa reception. These are £40 per adult and £15 per child.
Our spa treatment menu is only for adults.
Children (16 to 18yrs) are welcome to have their nails filed and painted with a parent or guardian present for the treatment and to complete the consultation form.
It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.
