The hotel’s top floor features HarBAR on 6th, a spectacular rooftop destination bar, kitchen and club, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Solent, outdoor fire pits and a wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace. HarBAR on 6th serves food all day - with live DJs on the weekend.
Sister to the multi award-winning ‘The Jetty’ restaurant in Christchurch, locally-renowned chef patron Alex Aitken’s restaurant specialises in locally-caught seafood with seasonal ingredients, paired with eclectic wines and sea views.
Interested in hosting a private dinner? Both HarBAR on 6th and The Jetty restaurant can create separate, semi-private spaces within their dining room. For larger dinners, our event rooms can host any sized dinner up to 250 guests.
Our expert chefs have created a number of additional menu options exclusive to private diners. You may create your own bespoke set menu, opt for one of our fixed-priced, set menus, or choose our ever-popular ‘Bring me Food’ menu, with dishes delivered platter-style to the centre of the table for communal feasting. Private diners may also select from the restaurant’s a la carte menu.
